The clinic will dispatch the prescription on the day of consultation after receiving payment. If there are no shipping updates within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), the clinic will resend the prescription at no additional charge.

Resent with Discount
If the postal service has provided delivery proof, but the patient has not received the prescription, or if the patient has not updated their address resulting in delivery issues, the clinic can waive the consultation fee and halve the prescription cost for resending. For example, if the initial consultation fee is £10, prescription cost is £45, and shipping cost is £5, the resending cost would be £0 for the consultation fee + £22.5 for prescription + £5 for shipping, totaling £27.5.
