Extra Herbs

Applied to prescription of 30 grams or more per day. .
For each 10g or less, there is an additional fee for every 10 grams
For example. 30-40g, additional fee is £1 per day. 40-50g the fee is £2 per day.
Dispensary prescription can at most have 50g herbs per day as its the max appropriate amount for daily intake. If the number of herbs exceed by 20, there will be an additional charge of £1 per day per each 5 herbs(or less). For example, 21 kinds of herbs, there will be an additional £1 charge per day.
Delivery Fee
£5, Special Delivery by 1 PM £9
Tracked-24, which takes 1-2 business days, with most items arriving on the next day. For urgent delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm is available from Monday to Friday, guaranteeing next-day delivery at £9. Cash pickup is available for free from Monday to Sunday in SO16. Lost Parcel
Parcel not delivered in tracking
The clinic will dispatch the prescription on the day of consultation after receiving payment. If there are no shipping updates within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), the clinic will resend the prescription at no additional charge.
Delivered with Proof or Lost parcel due to address issue
If the postal service has provided delivery proof, but the patient has not received the prescription, or if the patient has not updated their address resulting in delivery issues, the clinic can waive the consultation fee and halve the prescription cost for resending. For example, if the initial consultation fee is £10, prescription cost is £45, and shipping cost is £5, the resending cost would be £0 for the consultation fee + £22.5 for prescription + £5 for shipping, totaling £27.5. We understand that this requires patients to pay a portion again, but the clinic also faces operational pressures, which is why we can only make this arrangement. We appreciate your understanding.
